        Motherboard: Asus P8P67 Pro Rev. 3.0 (Intel P67 ATC)

Reason: This motherboard offers a great feature set. It also include USB 2.0, USB 3.0 which can transfer and copy data faster. Plus, it has x16 slots which can make me easy to put many USB inputs at the same time.

     

      CPU: Intel Core i5 2400 (3.1GHz) QUAD CORE 95W

Reason: The reason I choose this CPU is that it can display very clear graphics on my computer, it also has a turbo boost which fits with the motherboard that I have chosen.

      RAM: Kingston KVR1333D33N9/4G

Reason: It has a big capacity on its total memory (4GB) which can runs processes very fast on the computer ( it has an actual speed 1333 MHz). Therefore, I think it might useful for gaming.

      Video Card: Asus EN210 SILENT/DI/512MD3 (LP)

Reason: The reason I choose this video card because it can provide higher graphics on video (especially, for game). It also has a lot of outputs such as HDMI, DVI, and VGA which can connect many outputs data to the computer easily.

Sound Card: Creative Labs 70SB088600002

Reason: It´s easy to use. It has great sound systems unlike some sound cards. Plus, it gives a sound effects and 3D audio which is better than some other sound cards. That´s why I want to buy this sound card.

      Controllers (Adapter Cards): Intel RS2BL040

Reason: It can help some parts in a computer.

      Networking (Adapter Cards):

Reason: Sometimes it can keep files by the USB flash drive. Sometimes, it can connect with our devices by wirelessly.

      Hard Drive: Western Digital WD1002FAEX

Reason: It has a very huge capacity which can store a lot of data, information, especially games.

      CD/DVD ROM: Asus DRW-24B1ST

Reason: I choose it because it can help me to save files in a disc and it is not easy to lose. For entertainment, it can play Blue-ray disc by just upgrading it.

      Removable Drive: Atech PRO-35U

Reason: I like it because it has both internal and external card reader. Especially, when we use internally, it provides an additional front USB port.

      Case: Antec P183 V3

Reason: I choose this because it looks cool and stylist. Moreover, it has many fans which can reduce the heat of processors in the case. Plus, it reduces the noise from processors. It is the V3 edition which has a USB 3.0 port and can transfer and collect copy or process faster.

     Power Supply: Actec HCP-1200

Reason: It has full-featured, and it can power strongly no matter what hardware it is running. Plus, it´s also a high series, that’s why I choose to buy this.

      CPU Cooling: COOL! IT ECO II-120

Reason: I choose this one because it is designed as all-in-one, and it provides a cooler temperature while the computer is used. As for gaming, it might need lots of time for playing; therefore, it helps a lot.

      Monitor: Asus VE228H

Reason: I choose this monitor because it has a big widescreen, and huge resolution which can provide clear graphics. For instance, I can watch video or movies in full 1080p HD without any problems. Also, for games, it might be very cool. This monitor also makes use of LEDs for backlighting which can reduce the affect of using it too much.

      Speakers: Antec 0-761345-73000-6

Reason: I want to buy this speaker because it´s small enough. Also, it has a 3D sound which is cool and can provide louder sound.

      Keyboard: Logitech 920-002836

Reason: I choose this wireless keyboard because it is useful and helpful for gaming. Plus, I can put this keyboard far away from the computer screen which can help me to avoid the eye strain.

      Mouse: Logitech 910-002277

Reason: This mouse is designed for gaming and it is very helpful for gaming because it has many buttons on the mouse which is easy to use skills in a game.

Cost according to the website: $1343.02

Conclusion:

      In summary, in order to build a computer is not that easy as I used to think. It requires a lot of equipments, times, and money. Plus, we have to know all parts or equipments that we are gonna buy to build our computer, if we don’t know about that stuffs, our computer will not work properly.

           WorkTime is software that can track or tells you about how many time you have spent on doing something, and it can collect any different activities that you have done on your computer. For instance, when you activate or start using your computer, and click start on its button of a WorkTime software, a clock begins to tick, and drops down menus for you to differentiate your time among separate projects or activities. After all, when you have done your activities, it will report a window showcases everything on your computer. Plus, you can also view your productivity three different ways such as through the calendar, a spreadsheet-like grid, or a bar chart.

           Moreover, by using this WorkTime software, you will find many different reports looking at overall data analysis, program utilization, and how long you focused on a specific project. However, it can make your computer a little bit slow, because it runs all the time you turn on your computer (when you click start on it). Also, you can have only 30 day for using this program after you have installed it, because this program is 30-day trial period.

Pros:

·         It tells you what you have done on your computer

·         It gives you details about how you spend your time on the computer

·         It helps you to manage your time

·         It can balance your time and your work

·         It´s easy to use

Cons:

·         It makes your computer a little bit slow

Summary:

            I just downloaded this software and installed it to my laptop, so I´m not sure about how it works yet. Plus, I just started to test it, and it´s easy to use. I will try to test it more and more later. The reason I choose to use this software is that I am a student, I can´t manage my time well. As a result, I need it to help me in order to manage my time properly. Moreover, as long as I´m a student, I have a lot of subjects to study, plenty of assignments to do, and other works to be finished every single day. Therefore, I really need it because it might help me to manage my time with all of my works easily. Also, it can track all my activities on my laptop, as well.

            Epress Invoice is software for creating invoices and managing bills for small businesses. It´s simple, helpful, easy to use, and it´s a good program for business people. For example, it can help people to easily keep their eyes on finances. Especially, it´s very good for sellers, it can help them to calculate and keep their money income-outcome constantly.

            Express Invoice also provide simple functions such as create a quotes or forms which are similar to invoices. Plus, it can record the payments that we have spent, as well. This program is very good and easy to use because it doesn´t cost money, and it doesn´t  require permission before downloaded and installed.

Summary:

            This software seems so helpful to me in my future career because as I want to run my own business in the future, I might need this kind of software. However, I haven´t tested it yet, but I will get used to it more and more in my future business.

            Small Business Trends is not a type of software, while it is a type of web site or web application. It is very useful and helpful the same as software, because it has a lot of strategies of running a business, and a lot of details from many experts. In this site it has 101 categories for business people to follow. For instance, there are business development, email marketing, online sales, presentation, billing and accountanting, hiring and team building, etc…

            This web application is very easy to use because it tells us all details that relate to business. Plus, it doesn´t cost money, we can ask questions, and share our ideas in this site, and we can do more research about business in this site, as well. Moreover, it is a reliable web site.

Summary:

            When I first saw this web application, I found it useful and helpful for me because it provides a lot of information about business strategies. Plus, I can practice few stuffs that I know from this website such as I can try to create a team building, and get an online education etc…Moreover, if I have something that I don’t understand, I can easily ask questions in this site and people will respond for my questions kindly. Also, I can share my views that relate to a business, as well. At the end, as I study Business Administration as my major, I will keep using this stuff for my future career.

Pchum Ben Festival

Pjom  Ben   is  the biggest  festival  in  Cambodia, and all Cambodian obey this festival very much.  This festival celebrates for 15 days every year. During that 15 days, all Cambodian can relax from their works or study and have more holiday time. During these times they usually go to a pagoda in order to bring some foods, drinks, fruits, or some things that they want for monks. Moreover, in these 15 days they celebrate one party called ‘’ Bors Bay Ben’’. It means throw rice that combine with fruit, flower, water, or perfume to the place they that near the pagoda. They celebrated this party because they want to give some foods to their relatives that have died for a long time ago, or sometimes for other dead people who have no relatives to celebrate for. In each pagoda have a lot of people, they are very happy to follow Khmer traditional.

Khmer New Year

            Khmer New Year is a traditional new year day in Cambodia. It celebrates in April or sometimes in March depending on a day in the calendar of each year. It always celebrates 3 days in a year. During these 3 days, all Cambodian always go to the pagoda and bring some foods for monk. They can go not only in the morning, but also in the afternoon, as well. Some people like to go to the pagoda in the afternoon, while some of them usually go to the pagoda in the morning. Moreover, in the afternoon and evening they prefer to play popular games or go for a walk instead. On Khmer New Year many people who live in towns or places which are very far from the capital city, they often come and visit the capital city because on that day in the capital city is very happy and has a lot of fun activities to do. In contrast, many people who live in the capital city prefer to go to their hometown or visit another cities or provinces instead. Because they think that they live in the capital city every day so it’s just the same activities and not so interesting for them, while people who live in another province think that it’s really interesting. All Cambodian really love this traditional holiday and they always enjoy their holiday on that day.

The Best Way to Solve the Worldwide Problem of Plastic Bags

          In the whole world right now is facing a problem with the using of plastic bags. People in all over the world use a lot of plastic bags in a day. After  they  use  these  bags,  they  throw  them  away on  the  road. Plastic bags made from petroleum. Moreover, one difficult is plastic bags are not biodegradable. This is a reason that causes a serious global problem. This is a big problem in the world, so in what way that we can find to solve this problem? These are some solutions to solve this problem. First, we should use paper shopping bags which are biodegradable and eco-friendly instead. Second, reuse plastic bags by not accepting new ones in the store anymore.  Then, recycle plastic bags in many creative ways. For instance, it cans create like the tote bag, renew it as a pouch, or remake it as wallet. Moreover, several grocery stores are also collecting plastic bags for recycling. There are also recycling programs in various areas in which you can learn how to recycle. Finally, turn to biodegradable plastic bags.  Biodegradable plastics are widely accepted and available to conserve energy and solve pollution problems. These plastics are commonly used for food bags, and shopping bags.  Because they can easily decompose, they are not posing risks to the environment (from Academic Connection 1 book and Internet).

My Lovely Pet

            I like pet. Especially, dogs. In my house has a lot of dogs. My dogs have different kinds of each other. Some dogs are small, big, short, and tall. Moreover, their body hair colors are not the same too. Some dogs have black body hair; some have white, some have brown, and some dogs have a mix color body hair. When I see all of my dogs, I never feel lonely, bored, or tired. However, I always happy when I  see all of them. They are very smart, lovely, and they have a good behave. For example, when I am eating something they never sit near me. However, when I am alone and do not do or eat anything they always come and play with me. On the other hand, sometime they do a terrible thing too. Sometime they defecate in the house and make the house messy. When they do like that I’m very angry, and I want to hit them, but when I want to hit them, they always run away from me. Sometime they make a putrid smell in the house, but I think animals do not know and understand everything like us as a human, so they cannot do everything perfectly as we need. However, I still love them because when I play with all of them, I feel very happy and never feel lonely.

My first week at Zaman University.

            My first time at Zaman University was on 12^th Tuesday, October, 2011. This  time was very important to me, because I needed to get some information from this  university. When I first came to this University, I was very interested and excited, but I was a little bit scared too, because I thought I was a  new student and I did not know about the University’s rules, especially I had never known anyone in the university before. However, surreal; it was different from my thinking. All of teachers and all students in the university were very friendly and kind. They explained all things that related with Zaman University to me. My favorite subject is the Integrated Main Course, because I truly want to be the best in academic English. I think that I’m a lucky guy because I have the chance to study the skill that I want, and especially I meet a lot of  professors with a qualify at teaching. I hope that to be successful in my major and become a brilliant student.

Micheal Jackson

         

Michael Joseph Jackson or also known as Michael Joe Jackson was born in August 29,  1958 in Gary, India. He is the King of Pop. In his family has ten sons and daughters, and he is the eighth son in his family. He has a lot of jobs. For instance, he is a singer-songwriter, a record producer, a composer, a musician, a dancer, a choreographer, an actor, a businessman, and he is also a philanthropist.  He is an intelligent person because he cans do a lot of jobs in the same time. For one of his job (music) he has a lot genre, there are R&B, pop, rock, soul, dance, new jack swing, funk, and disco. Moreover, he has a lot of CD collections, some of which are beautiful song. He has never gotten failure in his career because some of his relative’s jobs are related to the music or related to his job also, so they always help him. However, one of his failures to his life is his death. He died in June 25, 2009 (aged 50), in Los Angeles, California in The United State. Moreover, his families have not known why he died yet.

Zaman University

  

          Zaman University is one famous university in Cambodia and it has just opened this year. This university was founded in 2010 by Mr. Ali Kokten, who is the chairman of Zaman International School. Moreover, the rector of Zaman University is Dr. Erkan POLATDEMIR, and the director Dr. Kenan KAPUKAYA. Also, it has a lot of qualify professors and staffs, such as Mr. James Strong, Mr. Terrence Joseph Mallon, and Mr. Lance Michael Chase etc... This university was created to help Cambodia with sharing the best education to Cambodian as to raise the standard education, also to produce an excellent pool of human resource that will definitely contribute to the development of Cambodia (Zaman University).  In addition, this university will provides the high quality education same as other international universities around the world to all students in Zaman University. Especially this university also provides scholarship for outstanding students who are not having enough money to pay for school fee. In summary, Zaman University is the best university in providing education to student.

Bayon Temple

Bayon  temple is a popular temple in Cambodia.  Because  it  was  made  by  Cambodians  without  using  any  machines,  and  they  used  only  stones  to  build  this  temple.  The  importance  of  this  temple  is  that  it  has  a  lot  of  meanings  in Cambodia’s  culture. Bayon temple is the spectacular central temple of the ancient city of Angkor Thom. This temple is located to the North of the famous Angkor Wat temple. This temple was designed with many towers and on the top of the tower it has 4 giant stone faces. One facing outward, and keeping watches at each compass point. This wants to show the power of King JayavarmanVII that he was the only one person, but he can control everything in Cambodia. That is why he built this temple with the 4 giant stone faces. Bayon  temple  is  the  good  place  to  visit.  It is a touristy place. This temple has views with Angkor wat temple, being the favorite monument of visitors. The Bayon temple is in Angkor Tom and it’s the second most important monument to visit in Siem  Reap after Angkor wat .  It is amazing with its design, architecture and decoration. The temple is simple magnificent. Of course, magnitude wise less than Angkor Wat. It is famous of its giant stone faces.  Moreover, it is a touristy and good place to visit. If you visit this place you will know that it’s related to Khmer's history and beliefs. It shows about  how Khmer people are great and be able to build that kind of monument. Everybody is wondering about it. In addition, many tourists come to Cambodia to visit and see it with their own eyes; they enjoy doing some research about this temple and be surprised. However, the surrounding and the tall towers make Bayon temple a bit dark flat near sunrise and sunset. So it’s the best way to visit Bayon temple when there is a plenty of  light, and that time is at 10 A.M to around 4 P.M which most visitors prefer to go. To  sum  up,  Bayon  temple  is  the  best  temple  in  Cambodia  after  Angkor  Wat  temple.  It’s an interesting temple in Cambodia, and this temple is really important for Cambodia’s culture.
